Usage: Apply the formula along the brow in upward and downward strokes.
Once applied, wait a few seconds before using the double-ended brush/comb to set your brows in place.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Glyceryl Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-10, PVP, PEG-20 Stearate, Polysorbate 20, Polyethylene, Microcrystalline Wax, Phenoxyethanol.
